I was getting ready for school. I was having my breakfast when my Dad said “I am going to shave and take bath. Okay?” So I agreed. He went to do both of those jobs. After about 4 minutes, I heard footsteps coming down the stairs.
I got terrified. My heart was beating so fast I couldn’t move at all. I took a deep breath, in and out. I still felt terrified. So I walked slowly to see if it was just my dad. I went upstairs. It was not my dad! He was already in the shower. I went down stairs to eat the rest of my breakfast. I was thinking that there was a stranger hiding in the small room. My eyes were wide open and my teeth were crunched up. My whole body was so rigid.
When I was done, I went to my room. I prayed to God. I heard about 8 more steps, then I went upstairs to take a bath. When I was out, I saw my dad. My emotion turned from terrified to glad. I felt calm. I was thinking it was a bird chirping. I found out it was just a clock ticking.
